I am already certified as TS 16949:2002 Lead Auditor for my company. Will I need to be certified for the new TS 16949:2009 standard including the training, exam, etc...

I'm in the same situation. Do I ever have to go through lead auitor training again? Or does it depend on how much the standard changes?
Last revision of ISO TS did not change the contents of the standards, only some added verbiage in some clauses. No new requirements. No need to take another examination or following ad hoc training. You may want to get in touch with your training supplier for this to confirm this information.
