there are seven issues that MUST be referred to in procedures.
The number of procedures can be from 1 to infinity-1

People naturally tend to equate the procedural clause "requirements" with a document value of 1. The trick is to decide if your organization's requirements can be sufficiently addressed within one documented procedure, or if more than one is needed.

Conversely, the documented procedure requirements from each of these clauses can be condensed into any combination of documented procedures that the organization deems appropriate, so the correct way of thinking is to be able to show that how these requirements are met are documented somewhere.

There are 7 Required, Documented Procedures. They are as follows;
1) Control of Documents
2) Control of Records
3) Training
4) Internal Audits
5) Control of Non-Conforming Material
6) Corrective Action
7) Preventive Action

This is what I've been sorting as a newbie MR of an organization.
