Hi, I am a calibration supervisor and am getting ready for our TS audit. Can someone give me some suggestions on how to answer these questions or tell me what the auditor is looking for when he/she ask the questions?

The laboratory shall specify and implement, as a minimum, technical requirements for -

adequacy of the laboratory procedures
testing of the product

Hi, which kind of Lab are you?

In TS audit the organization shall be able to show their laboratories scope.
My suggestion is to have controlled documentation or internal manual where you specify the field of action of your lab, the capability to perform the tests, the related procedures, the equipment you use, the competence required for your personnel and how you ensure them.
You shall also guarantee that the service you provide with calibration is traceable to relavant standard and have records thet demonstrate the conformity of the acvitity.
As to procedures and testing, you shall demonstrate that you have validated the methods that you use for calibrating and testing the product, for example, referring to the most common method that are reported in technical literature.:bigwave:
