TS 16949 Clause 8.2.1 - GM Creativity Team Bid List

Hi,

we will have our third party audit in the next month, and from the actual status, we will have a red status in the GM Creativity Team Bid List (CTBL).

We are now discussing internal if the Auditor should give us a nonconformance cause of not fulfill the TS requirement 8.2.1 Customer Satisfaction. We have no open Containment Level, and the situation have no influence on the business we doing with GM.

What do you think how an auditor will decide.

First - Welcome to the posting part of the Cove Tamara.

IMHO the auditor will not give you a nonconformance because the red status will be changed once you are certified.

Hi Dave,

I'm sorry, there is a misunderstanding, we have already the TS Certifcate, and we will have a surviliance audit, with the bid list red caused of a spill and two Program PRR.

How should the auditor react, has he a chance to say the customer is satisfied?
