I was thinking of posting something to the effect of internal audits verifying the awareness of objectives and knowledge of processes, etc. of affected personnel. I'm thinking I can recreate the diagram for my use - modifying it slightly if I can to fit blank areas underneath each branch for interviewee names and responses. I'll have to think it through.
