TS Customer Specific Requirements

We are in the process of changing our registration status from QS9000 to TS16949 I am looking for an example of level 1 & level 2 documentation that addresses the TS Element of Customer Specific Requirements, so I can incorporate this into our Manual & Procedures to meet the requirement of TS16949. I'm having a little trouble as to how to write this section I sure could use some help on this one. Thanks in advance!

As a method to ensure that customer specifics were not lost in the bodies of a procedures a good idea is to add a special section to the procedure.

1.0: Purpose
2.0: Scope
3.0: Responsibilities
4.0: Procedure
5.0: Customer Specific Requirements
6.0: Related Documents (procedures, instructions, forms)
7.0: Records/Evidence

Using a matrix as an overview and adding the Customer Specific Requirements to the contents of the procedure is the way I am going to go what a great idea! It makes perfect sence to use this approach. Keep it simple, I was making it way too hard. Gota go procedures to modify!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your help
