I would ask the consultant to focus and evaluate the areas of the Standard that comprise the majority of the Quality System.
1.) Internal Auditing
2.)
APQP
3.) New Product Development / Engineering
3.) Non-Conforming Product
4.) CAPA System
5.) Training Matrix
6.) Product Traceability
I would comprise a template / analysis of where you believe you are in relationship to the Standard with what you currently have, then, let the consultant have access to all available resources and put together a comprehensive comparison in a presentation.
I believe that this will be a cascade process for you - the consultant will not be able to bring you up to speed in areas that you lack in 5 days, however, come up with perhaps a rollout timeline, or Gantt chart of how to go about implementation based on the recommendations that are given. Maybe more focus & training in certain areas. Then, measure your success through set metrics that you develop during your intial consultation.
