TS16949 Lead Auditor Training

I am looking for help with the TS16949 RAB Accredited ISO9001: 2000 Lead Auditor Training with AIAG ISO/TS 16949:2002 Supplier Auditor Certification.

FYI, I attended this class approximately six months ago. At the end of the class, a test is given. It is graded like this: 25% multiple choice, 25% internal audit scenario`s, and 50% on the completion of a turtle diagram on Management Review. I did well on the internal audit portion and the multiple choice section. I did not do well on the turtle diagram, causing me to fail the class. I will be retaking the test soon.

Does anyone have any tips on the completion of this turtle diagram? I have read all threads in the forums, so please do not suggest this. Does anyone have an example of a turtle diagram for managment review? Has anyone else retaken the test? Is it the same test every time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't realize turtle diagrams were that big of an aspect in the TS 16949 lead auditor class.
