I
Hi everyone,
My company is going to certify for TS16949 for next coming year. Currently i have facing some issue on GR&R study for Agilent parametric tester whereby the result always failed with almost 99% score(as attached). Fyi, this Agilent parametric tester is use to measure the voltage and test the functionality of wafer before ship to end customer. Since the result is quite important for customer, we think we might have to do the MSA study for that particular machine. As i can see from the raw data, seems like the variation is too small that causing the GR&R failed. Anyone can help me to overcome this issue? Do i need to perform the T-test instead of GR&R study? Forgot to mention that we are using Minitab software to analyze the result. appreciate on your kind advice, thanks!
