I may be heading up to Toronto in the morning for a launch. I just love the last minute trips where they don't give you overnight lodging. Wait lets see, 5 hours there, 5 hours back,,,,,, that leaves 14 hours at the plant. Plenty of time and will still be back for work!

Off tomorrow..last day of fun w/kids before school starts. See y'all Monday!
My daughter started her freshman year of college this week. Classes don't start until next week, but she is in marching band, and they had to report early. I stopped in to check on her yesterday afternoon (took 1/2 day off). It was clear she was already homesick. Drove 2 hours one-way so I could take her out to dinner and spend an hour! But I do think it helped. I'll now have to find some reason to pick up a client in Bowling Green Ohio.

Ah yes, the dreaded band h3!! week. I remember it well - practice sessions from dawn to dusk. I'm surprised she had time to go out to dinner. I never really got homesick when I went to college. Of course, when I started college, I was close enough to still live at home. :p

Yep, she has to be ready to start at 8:00. They have one hour for lunch and one hour for supper. They end at 9:00 at night. I don't think she has worked so hard in her entire life!

But her friends (including her "not my boyfriend") arrive next week, and the schedule slows a bit. She will be okay.
