Uncertainty measure chemistry template

I have experience of ISO 15189 in healthcare industry but I am new at ISO 17025. I am currently implementing ISO 17025 at analytical chemistry lab. I have already read the eurachem guide on quantifying uncertainty in analytical measurement. I am struggling to make any Monte Carlo simulation on Excel. Can anybody help me by uploading or send me a pm, of any working Excel based on uncertainties calculations, accompanied by applied working instructions on how a lab could accomplish this. The lab makes water analysis like Ph, uranium, olive oil and koumarin in bread products. Please help me. I am really confused and desperate as well!!!!
