I would suggest the following changes:

Bullet # 4 could be revised as "Prevent pollution, reduce and control the adverse environmental impacts of our activities, products and services and continually improve our environmental performance."

Bullet#5 "preventing Prevent injury and illness to employees, contractors and visitors.

Bullet#6 Integrate EHS into business decisions, product design, manufacturing, and distribution business processes and services that will to reduce EHS risk and improve EHS performance, and promote pollution prevention.

Bullet#7: Comply with all applicable Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), Health & Safety (OHSAS 18001) standards, legal and other requirements.

Note: Applicable legal & other req. have to be complied anyway even if you aren't certified to 9K, 14K 18K etc. hence no need to refer the standards in the policy else it looks as if the standards themselves have introduced these 'additional' requirements into your system.

Added later:

Bullet #9: Management will establish, in all areas, objectives and targets and that will be periodically reviewed continually to improve our business performance to upto the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Hi Sridhara...
The ISO9001 wants your quality policy be appropriate to the purpose of your organization. This purpose of the organization is not clear.

In my opinion, the purpose of the organization is explicitly defined in the following statements:

•Excel in all our operations to achieve customers’ satisfaction for products and services through continual improvements.

•Management will establish in all areas objectives and targets and review continually to improve our business performance to all stakeholders.
