Unit of Expanded Uncertainty in Percentage

Hello. Can someone teach me how to convert the unit of expanded uncertainty for current from percentage to ampere? Example in this certificate is

Nominal value = 1 A
Measured value = 1.0001 A
Error = 0.0001 A
Expanded uncertainty = 0.04 %

Thank you.

So the expanded uncertainty is 1.0001 * 0.04%=0.0004 A. Am I right?

The math seems right but the application is the key. If reporting a single measurement, then the same unit is preferred. If across a range, then often a percentage is a better and more understandable approach. Of course, for a range, one can also use a floor and range concept.
