Hi there
In Canada, a medical device that had its license and lost it,

can a customer in Canada still continue to use it or does he have to stop using it? (he bought the device years ago)

If I have to send spare parts to the user in Canada, but there is no license anymore - is it possible?

If the manufacturer of a medical device sold in Canada with license - does not exist - can the device still be used?

Thanks

The medical license from Health Canada is for distribution. A customer can still use the medical device if it was acquired legally. ( when it was licensed)

You can still send spare parts unless the spare parts are considered a class II medical device. If you want to be sure, please contact Health Canada.
