Using PC-DMIS to measure True Position of the teeth of a Spline

I have a dilemma using PC-DMIS to measure True Position of the teeth of a Spline. There are 12 teeth equally spaced with 15 degree angles on each side of the tooth. the call out is as follows: True Position 0.05 MMC to B . B is the minor diameter of the spline. When I set A as the plane, B as the Minor diameter and take a line on each side of one of the teeth, construct an intersection point for the rotation. I do pierce points into the Pitch diameter then construct a mid point between those points to obtain the width of the tooth. When I try to get the position of the mid point it is only in the "y'" direction, correct? And I can't seem to get the vector directions correct.....I do 15 sin and cosin to come up with the correct vectors and it doesn't seem to be working...
I am thinking that I am missing something that is probably simple but it sure has me puzzled and is taking up alot of time that I can't afford to waste anymore!
Thanks for you help !

A quick bump!

Any PC-DMIS experts who could help with this?

Thank you very much!
