Regarding Clause 7.5.2 TS-16949, can we validate our production processes on the basis of customer failure returns/customer feedback/customer ratings?
Or what are the other ways to satisfy this clause.

No, because any problem or product issue discovered by the Customer is a failure of the quality management system (and a possible manufacturing process). You cannot be reactive. Validation means that every aspect of the manufacturing process (people, equipment, information, environment, measuring) must be pre-qualified so that the process will do what it was designed to do. Takes a lot of work. But that's the intent of ISO/TS 16949:2002 and hopefully your organization.
