VDA 6.3 Hand Book - Two sections for Potential Analysis

Hi all..

In VDA 6.3 hand book..it is showing two sections for potential analysis.
one is auditing ** questions from the process elements p2-p7 & these questions are awarded with score with max of 10 marks.

and one more sections for potential analysis which has few questions .But these are awarded with color grades( green , yellow, red).

what is the actual difference between these sections?..when should these to be used for potential analysis..pl clarify

You have questions for potential analysis in section 8.1 ("x" in first column) from page 49 and in section 9.3 from page 154. Questions are the same but wording is different - I think it's because of translation problems (translation from german).
