Vendor performance tracking - Software of choice?

Before I cobble up something in Access or the like, does anyone have a favorite canned software for tracking vendor performance in?

I don't have anything. Have you tried a search of the forums? I seem to recal some discusion about this in the past.

We use Excel to track supplier quality and delivery performance on a monthly basis, has been working OK so far.

I hunted around, but didn't come up with anything. Strangely enough, internet searches are also inconclusive. You'd think this would be an already better built mousetrap.
