Can you help me , please?
When we are auditing on Customer Specifics, GM for instance has 15 GM publications that are listed which contain additional requirements or guidance that shall be met, it states that the latest revisions for these documents can be found on the GM Supplypower website.

It also states that: GM Supply Organizations shall verify annually that they are using the latest version of these documents.

Do you show documentation when these are verified by appropriate personnel or do they verify when they are pulled off the website when needed.

How do we verify other than verifying that we can enter GM site and access these documents.

We have several people who can log on to GM, currently.

Thank you in advance

This seems to be the best way.
To document this you can print the index from the GM site and file this with the standards

Absolutely! :agree1: In addition, if you decide to keep the docs on file, add them to your Doc Control system (Documents of External Origin).
