We have a large international client for whom we need to:
"Indentify the characteristics of the product / service to be checked and maintain evidence...." as part of a project quality plan.
My question is:
1.) have they used the word "checked" in place of verification and or validation in order to remove confusion over these two words.
2.) if so, is this something we might all consider adopting as being a new and better way of dealing with verification and validation definition issues?
I myself don’t see a problem with this change in language.
Due to some ‘funny people’ I can’t go back to the client and ask them for a clarification on this.
thanks
