May we all take a few moments to remember all the veterans who secured the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. There are over 19 million veterans in the US.

How many are there as members in the Cove? I'll start:

US Navy 1962-1968 (2 years inactive)

1968 - 1997

US Marine Corps/ Marine Corps Reserve (Infantry)
US Army Reserve (Special Forces),
Arkansas National Guard (Armored Cavalry/Aviation),
California National Guard (Cavalry - Armored)

I was going on 29 years of continuous Active and Reserve duty when I finally got tired and worn out.:bonk:

Egads.....That's tough to beat, Jarhead! We are all going to look like Kitty Cruisers compared to you. And, I bet you don't even have the day off! ;) You can call me Squidley. So far, we have two marines and a Sea-Going Airdale.:p :ko: :smokin:
