We are in the middle of an ISO/TS 16949 surveillance audit and our auditor is

Volkswagen is a subscriber to ISO/TS 16949, VW is one of the 9 subscribing customers that make up the IATF. But, they don't push TS, they go by VDA and Former Q
Looking for some help on an IATF finding:
VW's CSR's that are listed on the IATF website are nowhere to be found on the VW supplier website. I do have a username and password for the site but after I sign in a search endlessly I can not find that specific document. I did find the Formel-Q documents but the auditor thinks that we should be able to find the specific document that is on the IATF website on the VW site.
Any help on finding this document on the VW website or if others have been able to explain the situation to their auditors would be a great help.
As an IATF auditor, I wouldn't have written that finding. If the supplier has implemented the latest OEM customer specific requirements, thats what matters. I hope you appealed this finding.
Why does the guy think you should be able to find them on their website? If you think about it, placing them only on the iatf website makes it easier to manage updates.
