Yeah, Fluke bought up the Wavetek 9100 series. The three manuals for the 9100 on the CD that they found on Google are user's manuals only, and can be downloaded for free from the Fluke website. We had to order the servicing handbook with schematic diagrams, parts lists, etc. from Fluke, and it wasn't cheap (a couple hundred bucks, IIRC.

) It's Part no. 850302. Or you could send the unit off to Fluke and have them fix it. Now the Wavetek 9000, which looks exactly like the 9100, is so obsolete even Fluke doesn't fool with them or have any info, they have to refer to their overseas service center in the U.K. for that one.
