This won't eliminate all your paper, but I use to take (old nine-pin computer paper) unused or reuseable paper, cut it into notepad size pieces and put together scratch pads. I don't remember where I got it, but you can buy the adhesive stuff and put these together cheaply. Then, I talked to our local printing company and they started cutting and padding the reusable paper for us. They charged us time and material. It was worth having someone else do it, plus they padded them with the light cardboard stiffener on the back.
