Web based Database to Collect and Evaluate 5S Audit Results, Trends, Charts

Hello all,
Anybody have experience with web based database to collect and evaluate 5S audit results, trends, charts...?
Or is beter to use only excel?
Do you have any template for 5s Office audits with evaluation for over 40 audited areas
Any comment is OK.

i think the template is a few difference among per company
so you may develop checklist base on 5S requirements and current status for your company
