The Western Electric SQC Handbook became the AT&T SQC Hanbook in the late 1950's. It was published by Delmar Printing in Charlotte, North Carolina into the 1980's. I believe that Howard Press now handles the Handbook if it is still available. Try contacting Howard Press at 1-888-387-8852.
