The purpose is to review some of the highlights of your system to determine if it appears to be implemented and suitable, and whether you are "ready" to move forward to the Stage 2 certification audit. The deliverable is a report that lists that decision, and the results of this review. Our report (Smithers) will also list some comments about things that may not appear quite suitable yet, that need some review and could be a problem when the Stage 2 audit comes around.
