Dear friends
I want to thank all of you for your help. :applause: It's so good to heave great friends to learn from. I guess I created a kind of confuzion by using the term "homologation". Actually, I was thinking about the first time I produce a new product. It has to be accepted by it's conformity with costumer requirements; or if it's our project with our project requirements.
At this time we are implementing ISO 9001.
Thank you again for your patience.
God bless you.

-------
It could be your requiremts and when the Customer sigh the PSW sheet it meens that the customer has accepted your requiremets (Drawing).

But if the Customer submit you their Drawing with treir requirements based on the previosly request of yours you are now meeting the Customer Spec.

But at the end the sigh of a PSW means that the Customer has agreed with your requiremts.

Certification Vs Homologation

To let this clear at all:

Code:

Given by the govement Given by a private third body
Mandatory Voluntary
According to Law According to Tech specification
It coud refered to norms It generally refered to norms
Security reasons Quality Reasons

CE mark is not an Homologation

CE mark is not an Homologation. (New focus directives)

Due to the goverment act once the product is in the market.

It exists a Comformace Evaluation (At some cases by third bodies authorized by the goverment) but in any case in CE mark it is done directly by the goverment.

One example of homologation is: Automobiles.

CE is an exception of Homologation.

Althoug CE mark (You need it if you want to put some kind of Product in Europe) is under directive and then transferred to local countries by law, the directives are named as New focus, that means that the goverment act after the product is in the market.

This could be an exception of Homologation
