This is a huge topic to answer. For starter, I believe all employees should at least be given an awareness training about the standard. The rest, depending on their role.

HR may not be aware of the Clause requirement:

1. HR KPI – HR Process document . Improve on the Process (Input Output)
2. Site OJT records
3. Must have a document to show employee survey

a. Employee Motivation
b. Employee communication​

4. Training KPIs must get ready and show

a. Training and development needs
b. Implement the training plans – training costs
c. Plans for 2017 and 2018 to train people ? Any ?
d. Training needs analysis for 2018??
e. Training Planning in 2017?
f. Adequacy of the Resource – 2017 training needs analysis (Should be same as in Management Review)
g. Prepare the detailed list of all Training Details
h. Pick one employee and detailed training needs
i. Training needs of the individual – Records?
j. OJT details
