By invasive I suppose mean what requires the most on-site customer presence and/or reams of paperwork and proof of design and controls?
I've never worked in automotive or aerospace but have worked in pharma and med device and some of our customers had pretty some pretty rigid requirements above and beyond FDA GMP's... but nothing like I've see people talk about from auto makers.
My current company peripherally touches on many different industries (auto, aerospace, electronics, medical device, etc) but we are so far down the supply chain that we rarely get audited by anyone but our biggest customers, some of whom are just distributors.
I'm just curious.
