What does “risks of the process” mean in process analysis?

Hi guys,
What does “risks of the process” means in the process analysis? We were oriented that process analysis is same as turtle diagram. My boss asks me collate all process analysis of all identified processes made by each responsible department and document it. What I did first I patterned it from the turtle I got from the cove. The simple turtle diagram with an input, output, By what, By whom, by what materials and process indicators.
I want to share this guys to you.. Can somebody help me how to attach a file?? Its my first time.

"Risks of the process" refers to evaluation of the probability of nonconforming output, or anything else that might go wrong within the process that could affect product quality or safety.
