Can Anyone Tell Me What Hardness Reading I Should Have On:
.090 Thick Silicone Bronze, Extra Hard Temper (cda 65500-h06)

For C65500 in the annealed condition you're looking at about 40RB. Tempered C65500 should be roughly double that, say anywhere from 77RB to 85RB depending on the type of temper.

Oops, I missed where you specified the temper. The hardest temper I ever used for C65500 was Ho4, and that got me about 87RB.

That matches with the approximate readings we got which were in the low 90's.

Still hoping to get this nailed down though so I can put a number on our work order for future reference.

Not familiar with this Mat'l, but why don't you chack the Spec?

Went to the customer site and got number for the very similar material.
We normally bought this in a sheet stock and this time bougth it in a roll there was concern that it would not have the same hardness in the roll.
