Hello my dear Brainiacs

we've got our successful ISO transition audit - we are not officially 9001:2015
thank you!! thank you!!!

but our audit left us with a list of improvements - as always

and there is one i have no idea about

he suggested we should use cockpit chart for our most essential KPI and review it monthly

as i never heard of the "cockpit chart" concept - as always i am coming to you

the people who know everything !!!!

is there anything out there i can start reading from - any examples

please advice

that's why he recommended it as we do not have a one spreadsheet that allows for a quick review

do you have a copy of one ??? how to make it?????

It is just a series of excel files where in your KPI were tracked. I don't have a copy for you to use. But I have attached on how the cockpit chart looks like

As far as I know a Cockpit is synonymous with a Dashboard - one sheet to look at the high-level key process indicators for an organization.
