What is, and the purpose of, ISO STATS recording

Can someone explain to me what is and the purpose of ISO STATS recording? Is this just for delivery date recording?

There isn't much here to work with. What ISO STATS are you referring to?

A general response is simply that you improve what you observe, that is what you monitor and measure. Collecting stats lets you know where you are so you can better plan on where you want to be.

Sorry, found out yesterday that there is a spreadsheet that I am was supposed to document total deliveries vs late deliveries, customer feedback/satisfaction results, number of car and pars written, well I haven't been doing so. SO now I need to gather all this data and input it into the spreadsheet.
