I get so much out of this evryday. You guys are fantastic. I agree that it is a good idea to not hide the fact that NCs were found, but you don't have to advertise it either. If they are a new customer and they want you badly enough they will take into consideration that you are aware of the problems that exist and they will still do businees with you. And they may not agree with the assessor that some of the NCs that were found are really NCs at all. I've encountered that from one assessor to the next with the same registrar. And if they are an existing customer and you are providing them with a quality product that they can depend on then you really shouldn't worry about it, but I know audits of any kind are stressfull. Have confidence in yourself and your abilities and you'll be fine.
