What is the ISO Class 7 cleanroom requirement on Temperature and Humidity ?

We are moving to a different building and they are building a Class 7 cleanroom for assembly of hybrid microcircuit devices. I am looking for guidance in what the temperature and humdity ranges should be. ESD is an issue to be considered. Is there a MIL-STD or ISO document or other guideline that can help?
