Suppose:
I want to do an attribute study for a bushing of internal diameter 23.45 to 23.97 with the go - no go gauge, then what will be the attribute study? Please solve it for me because I am in lot of confusion.
If you will solve it for me, then only can I get the right way for another attribute study.
Please can you do it for me?

First of all you should make a GO-NOGO gauge with the correct diameters to check your internal dia of 23.45 to 23.97
I am not an expert on which dia you should have for the GO side and which dia for the NOGO side of the gauge.
Can anybody jump in here ?
Once you have the gauge, someone in the company ( in most cases the quality department ) should check the samples that are already gathered as previously described. This way the reference value is stated by the quality dept. ( with the "eyes of the customer" ).
Then do the study with preferably 3 inspectors or appraisers and let them check the same samples 3 times in random order.
Then you can calculation of their results in relation to each other and in relation to the reference value like is given in the AIAG manual. You can find an Excel sheet here in the post attachment list ( on top of this page )
Another study would be a visual inspection.
Again gather samples which should be inspected visually.
Let the quality dept define the reference value ( OK or Not OK ) with what they think the customer would accept or reject.
Then do the study
