What is the transition deadline for ISO 13485:2003?

Does anyone know when the transisition deadline is for ISO 13485: 2003?
The date I have is July 31, 2006.

If you are dealing with CMDCAS ( Health Canada), the deadline is March 15, 2006.

ISO 13485:1996 and 13488:1996 will be obsolete on July 15, 2005.
