What is TPM all about?
Take a read through http://Elsmar.com/pdf_files/ Look for TPM.pdf for the basics. If you have any specific questions after that I'll try to answer them.
As is obvious from the few posts in this forum, not many people are interested in TPM. I have personally see it in action and it is really (if done correctly) a great program.
