What kind of questions will you ask on a quality quiz?

The company where I'm working is planning to implement a quality comunication campaign and as part of that strategy, we're going to build a temple of quality, inside the temple we'll have a PC where all employees can participate in answering a quizz about quality, the employees with better answers will be rewarded.


I've been asked to write this quizz, and have some ideas:
  1. What is quality?
  2. How do we achieve quality?
  3. How could you contribute to achieve quality?
  4. What is a Quality System?
  5. Why do we need quality?
  6. What is a procedure?
  7. ....
Please give me any suggestions you may have.
I'll publish the final quizz so you may use it in your organization to promote the culture of quality!

without getting into the wisdom of rewarding those with the better answers, one question I would ask is: who defines quality?

8. How to report if there is non-conformity?
9. What do you do when you see an opportunity for improvement during your day to day work activities?
10. Who is in-charge of quality? QA or everybody?
11. Who are your customers?
12. What are the requirements (stated in your work instructions) that is expected from you?
13. Who are the participants for continuous improvement initiatives?
14. What will happen if we implement our QMS effectively?:yes:

The bolded questions are important. Quality management principles should be interwoven throughout the methods used to perform processes. They could be invisible in such a fashion that the word "quality" is never even used. Processes should be designed to achieve quality product.

What are you supposed to do?
How do you know you are doing it correctly?
What process(es) are you the customer of?
Who is the customer of your process?
How does what you are doing relate to the end product?
How does your process relate to the goals of the company?
How does your process relate to the end customer?
How are you expected to interact with other employees/processes?

If the goal of your company is to adopt the process approach and ensure customer satisfaction, these are questions each employee should be able to answer.

Absolutely! While you're at it, drop "ISO" from the vocabulary and nomenclature used on the premises.
