One if our major automotive customers has requested the name, phone and email of the lead auditor that conducts our TS 16949 audits. The intention from our customer is to develop a "working relationship" with our 3rd party lead auditor.
While our organization has nothing to hide, we feel uncomfortable at the thought of discussions going on between our 3rd party auditors and one of our customers, and wonder in this instance if the 3rd party audit becomes a 2nd party audit. Has anyone else experienced this?
