When will final draft of iso:2000 finish?

I just ordered one from ASQ last week. Hopefully, I'll have it by Wednesday.
Bottom line is the FDIS for ISO 9000, 9001 and 9004 have been released with the standard vote mid-November (30 days from now?) with the standard release in late December or early January.

Why would any responsible manager order a FDIS (at $80) when it will be replaced by the IS in six weeks. I amazes me how easy it is to spend other peoples money!
