Copy of ISO10005 ?

Where can I get a copy of this? Electronic preferred. A search of asq.org's e-standards was fruitless. Also, does anyone have sharable sample QPs from service industries (especially construction)? Lycos/Yahoo searches have been pretty useless, so I'd appreciate any links y'all are willing to share.
