Where to find the UMDNS code for CE Mark

I work for a small medical device manufacturer and we are currently seeking CE clearance. I noticed that a UMDNS code is required but I am unsure how to get one. I was hoping someone could tell me where I can search the UMDNS (universal medical device nomenclature system) database to find the applicable code
