Where to get Physical & Chemical Contaminants for for milk, beef, pork, mutton

Hello, I have started a HACCP project. Can anybody tell me from where to get Physical and Chemical contaniment acceptable limits for milk, beef, pork, mutton and shrimps. I have tried searching a lot but have been only been able to find microbiological limits so far.

Chemical contaminants try checking for accpetable levels of antibiotics and other medication fed to the animals. Pesticides may also be another possibility. Physical contaminants are totally something else. Will check over the week and get back to you.
