what is the different between "RAB certified QMS LA" and "AIAG certified ISO 9000 LA"?

which way is the best to get most recognition by employer within auto?

I am interesting for TS 16949.

My basic situation: CQE SSBB, fighting for CQA, planning to jump to auto from current tier 3, small firm.
