I would like to ask some questions to the audit practitioners
(It's only about small quantities up to about 10 pieces, of low value, but they are part of the competting.
We are a small trading company and buy the goods.
During today's internal audit in process logistics, I found the following
a.) Stocks are incorrect
b.) Stocks are booked in the wrong storage locations
c.) Stocks are booked in wrong quantities and debited uncontrolled
d.) The items are not/incorrectly recorded in the parts list
etc
My questions are:
1.) Which chapters of ISO 9001:2015 do I assign in the audit
2.) How should one evaluate such statements
3.) How do you rate that if you don't have a basic document on the subject
