I read the comments and responses in this thread and echo many such sentiments. Some experiences are similar. We did have an integrated management system that exceeded QMS/EMS requirements to start with.
We successfully completed our transition to both ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 in May/June 2016. Since multiple sites were involved in this transition, a structured program management approach was used. I have described our experience through this Standard Outlook QP publication

During my implementation
ISO/TS 9002:2016 was not released. This is a useful document to review for those who are in the process of implementation or yet to start their implementation.
