Who needs a MDEL? How to buy and sell medical devices on my own

For class II, III or IV medical devices, you can sell any medical device that is licensed for sale in Canada. You need an MDEL to be able to sell these devices.
For class I medical devices, you need an MDEL. You can change the the supplier but need to update the MDEL annually.

please guide me about "forms" and commercial address need to mention on the form? hould it be office or warehouse?

It could be both the office and warehouse.
Forms have to be established by the company.

thank you so much. so one need to rent the office? and forms templates , any guidance? Can I pick the templates on google as per guidelines?

You could google the forms and procedures. There is no need to rent an office. As long as you have an address.
