Why can't I find TS 16949 for sale on CD ROM?

Why can't I find the TS standard anywhere for sale on CD ROM??? Does anyone know who sells this or where I might be able to download or purchase a CD of the TS standard? ANY help is much appreciated! Diane

You can buy a PDF version online directly from ISO:

There are probably several other sources that you can buy it from online.
